Instructions
1.
1. Gather all your ingredients and prepare them by washing the fruits and spinach.

2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, avocado, spinach, cauliflower, protein powder, chia seeds, and almond milk.

3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

4. If using, add Greek yogurt and blend again until fully incorporated.

5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a little honey or maple syrup (optional).
