Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the soy milk and dairy-free protein powder. Blend on low for about 30 seconds to mix well.
2.
Add the spinach, flax seeds, chia seeds, frozen strawberries, and banana to the blender.
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more soy milk to reach your desired consistency.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding a little honey or maple syrup if desired (note that this will increase sugar content).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
