Instructions
1.
Gather all your ingredients and a blender.
2.
Add the strawberries, banana, blueberries, cauliflower, and spinach to the blender.
3.
Pour in the almond milk and add the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and protein powder.
4.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
5.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (you can add a little honey or a sweetener of choice, but keep it minimal).
6.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
