Instructions
1.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, blueberries, avocado, spinach, and cauliflower.
2.
Add the chia seeds, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
3.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired (consider adding a splash of honey or maple syrup, but keep it minimal).
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
