Instructions

In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, protein powder, chia seeds, and peanut butter (if using).

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
3.
If you prefer a thicker shake, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, using a low-calorie sweetener if desired.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
