Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and banana (if using).

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
4.
Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a little honey or a sugar substitute.
5.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
