Instructions
1.
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, pour in the egg whites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until set, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Toast the whole wheat English muffins until golden brown.

5. Assemble the sandwich by layering turkey bacon, cooked egg whites, and a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the muffin. Add spinach if desired.

6. Top with the other half of the muffin and serve warm.
