Instructions

1. Toast the whole wheat bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. Spread 1/2 oz of low-fat cream cheese on each half of the bagel.

3. Layer 2 oz of sliced turkey breast on top of the cream cheese.

4. Add a generous handful of fresh spinach on top of the turkey.

5. Close the sandwich and enjoy immediately, or wrap it for later.
