Instructions
1.
1. Begin by toasting the whole wheat bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. Spread 1 oz of cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagels.

3. Layer 1 oz of lox on top of the cream cheese on each bagel half.

4. Add a generous handful of baby kale on top of the lox.
5.
5. Sprinkle capers and freshly cracked black pepper over the top for added flavor.
6.
6. Close the bagel sandwich and enjoy immediately!
