Instructions
1.
1. In a non-stick skillet, spray a little olive oil and heat over medium heat.

2. Add the egg whites and cook until they start to set, stirring gently.
3.
3. Once the egg whites are fully cooked, season with salt and pepper.

4. Lay the whole wheat wrap flat and layer with lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes, ham, and feta cheese.
5.
5. Spoon the cooked egg whites on top of the veggies and cheese.
6.
6. Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

4 whole wheat wraps

2 cups fresh spinach (optional for added fiber)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup diced lean ham
6.
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cups lettuce, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray (optional)
