Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
2.
In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, and honey (if using).
3.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
4.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
5.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
6.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
7.
Serve warm, topped with fresh blueberries and sliced almonds.
