Instructions

1. Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).

2. In a skillet, cook the plant-based bacon according to package instructions until crispy (about 3-5 minutes).

3. Assemble the sandwich by layering vegan cheese, cooked bacon, tomato slices, and lettuce on one slice of toasted bread.

4. Top with the second slice of toasted bread and press down gently.
