Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt at the bottom.
2.
Add 1/4 cup of low-sugar granola on top of the yogurt.
3.
Layer 1/2 cup of mixed fresh fruit over the granola.
4.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of fruit on top.
5.
Sprinkle flaxseeds on top for added nutrition, if desired.
6.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if preferred.
