Instructions
1.
In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese.
2.
Add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes on top.
3.
Toast the Ezekiel bread slices and cut them into strips.
4.
Add the toasted bread strips to the bowl.
5.
Top with segments of cara cara orange and sprinkle with chia seeds if using.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy yogurt parfait!
