Instructions
1.
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

3. Add 1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese on top of the yogurt.

4. Layer 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries over the cottage cheese.

5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds on top.
6.
6. Repeat the layers for the remaining servings.
7.
7. Drizzle honey on top if desired for added sweetness.
