Congratulations on hitting your breakfast goal of the week Nadine The yogurt is a great source of lean protein that will keep you full and the chia seeds are a nice touch they add a bit of fiber which also helps keep you full.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, layer 1/2 cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt at the bottom.

  • 2.

    Add a layer of mixed fresh berries (1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the berries.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt.

  • 5.

    Top with chia seeds and enjoy immediately.
