Same meal as yesterday and felt satiated with 3/4 of the meal. Stopped when satisfied. I felt great. No struggles whatsoever.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.

  • 2.

    Add half of the sliced bananas and diced peaches on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle half of the granola over the fruit layer.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.

  • 5.

    Drizzle honey on top if desired, and serve immediately.

    2 cups low-fat or non-fat yogurt

    2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 3.

    2 peaches, diced

  • 4.

    1 cup granola (low-sugar variety)

  • 5.

    1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
