Instructions
1.
In a non-stick skillet, cook the egg whites over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.

Toast the whole-grain bread until golden brown.
3.
In a bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, strawberries, and blueberries.
4.
Top the yogurt with shredded cheddar cheese and salsa.
5.
Serve the egg whites alongside the yogurt parfait and toast.
