Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses or bowls.
2.
Add 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of low-sugar granola over the berries.
4.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and granola on top.
5.
Sprinkle chia seeds on top for added fiber and omega-3s.
6.
Drizzle honey on top if desired for extra sweetness.
