Another yogurt and granola! I waited too long and was pretty hungry so I almost went for something more sugary but I reminded myself that this was super fast and easy and had genuinely been making me feel better!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses or bowls.

  • 2.

    Add 1/4 cup of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of low-sugar granola over the berries.

  • 4.

    Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and granola on top.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle chia seeds on top for added fiber and omega-3s.

  • 6.

    Drizzle honey on top if desired for extra sweetness.
