Instructions
1.
1. Start by preparing the hard-boiled eggs. Place them in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

2. While the eggs are cooling, dice the cantaloupe into bite-sized pieces.

3. In a bowl or glass, layer 1/2 cup of light yogurt at the bottom.

4. Add a layer of diced cantaloupe (about 1/2 cup) on top of the yogurt.

5. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the bowl or glass.
6.
6. Serve with a slice of whole grain bread on the side and a hard-boiled egg.
