“433 cal. 2 cups water 1 cup coffee w/ 1/8 cup 1% milk. 2/3 cup yoghurt w/ 1/2 cup nut granola 1tsp honey 1/2 cup raspberries”

Instructions
1.
In a medium bowl, layer 1/2 cup of yogurt at the bottom.
2.
Add 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.
3.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries over the granola.
4.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with raspberries on top.
5.
Drizzle with honey if desired and sprinkle chia seeds for extra nutrition.
