Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix the grated zucchini, applesauce, and eggs until well combined (about 2 minutes).

In another bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
5.
Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips if using.
6.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
7.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
