- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup low-fat cheese, shredded
- 1 cup enchilada sauce (low-sugar)
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
