"I had an egg topped rice bowl this afternoon. My husband made this for me as I had my hands full with a home project (sorting out the nursery). We left out the red wine vinegar and substituted the cherry tomatoes for a normal tomato. Honestly I am still full while I wait for dinner! This was a hit Ill be trying again! Although I do have brown rice left so I may have it again tomorrow."
