"Today I had a chicken breasts sandwich for dinner. I opted to drizzle sriracha sauce on the chicken instead of my usual condiments such as mayo ketchup and pickles. This was served with a tomato cucumber fruit salad. The fruit salad combined black pepper oregano garlic paste peaches blueberries and plum drizzled with olive oil and red hot pepper flakes. It was another excellent day of practicing mindfulness. This combination was very easy and quick to put together and the addition of the spices made this recipe quite delicious. P.S. This the one hamburger bun that I simply just cant give up."
