"This morning I had a yogurt cottage cheese fruit crushed walnuts a dollop of sunflower butter drizzled with honey. Parfait. Yeah thats quite a mouthful. But anyhow that is what I had today. Im so grateful that I could return to a slower morning sit and mindfully enjoy my breakfast. The combination of flavors and textures especially with the fruit was absolutely delightful. In terms of portions I had a quarter cup Greek yogurt quarter cup cottage cheese a couple strawberries a few blueberries a quarter peach half a banana. So it was actually quite the works.
