What you’ll do day to day
- Use Fitmate approved coaching methods and proprietary content
- Communicate with clients on the Fitmate platform
- Work with your team to provide 24/7 support to clients

We’re looking for someone…
- Certified in Nutrition, a Registered Dietician or Health Coach
- With prior practical experience working with clients seeking to lose weight
- Familiar with coaching techniques (setting SMART goals, motivational interviewing)
- Empathetic and personable
- Has clear written communication
- Comfortable with recording short videos and audios to share with clients

About Fitmate Coach
Fitmate Coach helps clients lose weight by working 1-to-1 with online coaches who help them adopt healthier habits in their nutrition, exercise and lifestyle routines.
Coaches interact with clients, sourced by Fitmate, on the dedicated Fitmate platform which is designed to enhance the client experience and to support coaches: it follows an evidence-based program designed by leading Health Coaches, Nutritionists and Personal Trainers and provides coaches with all resources required, including in areas they are not expert at.
Our mission is to help people overcome the motivational barriers they face in trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle, using technology to provide a service that was previously too expensive for the average American at an affordable cost.
