What problem were you facing when trying to achieve your health goal?
I had tried to diet by myself and tried to be healthy but it was a failure everytime because it made me feel depressed. I was always hungry.
How did Fitmate help you?
My program is set up exclusively for me and my busy schedule. It has also evolved quite a lot since the beginning. My coach gives me a combination of fitness exercises and nutrition tips. Every week, I receive super detailed actions to achieve: not only great meal recipes but also explanations of what I should eat, activity schedules & videos.
What did you enjoy about your program?
Definitely my coach’s support! They were there 24 hours a day, everytime I needed advice about anything. They are amazing - always available for me with brilliant advice. I can message my coach any question, share my struggles, my highs and lows, and they always comes with the most encouraging words and great tips for success. I would recommend to anybody who is willing to lose weight the healthy way.
What did Fitmate help you achieve?
I set out to lose 22lbs, and I succeeded. I would choose Fitmate everyday over and over again! I am very happy and proud of what I have achieved so far. It’s the first time I feel like it could be lifelong results. It has been a while since I have felt so positive about my body! I have learned a ton from my coach and I know I will continue progressing.
